Did you like it? I'm considering it for our next trip since it's slightly closer than Hojo's.

We are staying at the Maingate in April. Hope we made good decision! Also, can anyone tell me how much the photo option is at bibbitity bobitty boo? Thanks so much! :)

We stayed in the Maingate one night last summer because we got an extra day at Disneyland and needed the extra night....it was perfect for us...nice, clean and close...the breakfast was ok, but it was close and thats what we wanted :thumbsup2

The wife and I stayed there for our honeymoon over (cough, mumble) 25 yrs ago. It was the Saga back then, only 2 stories tall, got the job done. We just 'may' stay there again on our next trip. :cool2:

Stayed there 3 times during the last 4 trips. Can you tell I am pleased with it. Always clean, staff is friendly and the breakfast while okay still is a nice perk.

Will be staying there the next time we go.

It was disgusting when I stayed there. The staff was nice and friendly but the room was not overly clean (the carpet was dirty with huge iron stains, and it just didn't seem...clean). However, it is a short walk to the parks and they let us park our cars there before we checked in and after we checked out. We hardly spent any time actually in the room, but I probably wouldn't stay there again. I'm glad other people had a better experience though!

Do you know if that was before or after the Ramada rehab? They have done all of thier rooms in the last couple years. I think they started in 09 and finished in 2010.

We stayed there for 5 nights a few weeks ago and honestly, we really liked it. The location is absolutely perfect. Its quiet and clean. Beds were comfy, room was quite large.

They are in the middle of a remodel so some of the rooms are redone, others aren't. We had requested a remodelled room but they were all booked for one night of our stay and we didn't want to change rooms so we left it. Really though, the older room was not bad. I didn't find it dirty at all. The carpets are dated (dark blue I think) but they have new beds and furniture and lighting.

Checking in and checking out took about 5 minutes total. The breakfast was crummy but they have an excellent coffee shop onsite that was really good. Oh, and their pool is closed for remodel right now. Not sure when it was open. It was too cold when we were there to use it so we didn't care.

Extra bonus, we could see the fireworks from right outside our room! I think we'll plan to stay here again on our next trip.
