Have you seen these characters?

Bo Peep - MGM parade only
Fairy Godmother - MK day parade and CRT lobby (she is not in Spectro- those are the fairies from Sleeping Beauty)
Jiminy Cricket - he comes out for Earth Day. The rest of the year, it's possible to see him in Town Square or on the Epcot bus, but consider yourself very luck if you see him!
Kronk - if ever, at MGM, but only when they are desperate
Kuzco - ditto (he is the title character of Emperor's New Groove, and he appears as a llama who can spit water!)
Max - Goofy's son, He appears regularly at the Barnstormer last I've heard. He used to appear in front of the castle, but they no longer put characters there.
Kida/Milo - I heard they were out for Valentines Day, otherwise very rare.
Mushu - seen at MGM, both in front of the park or at the hat. Also might be on Epcot's bus.
Ping (Mulan) - She used to appear as Ping all the time at MGM but not so much anymore.
Rabbit - He would be with other Pooh characters, but his appearance is not scheduled. He's a surprise guest from time to time
Robin Hood - He is a regular at Town Square and sometimes the Epcot Bus
Scrooge Mcduck - They only put him out for the holiday parties.
Shang - he's not out that often, but he would likely be in front of MGM with Mulan
Big Bad Wolf - they had him on Town Square for a little while but I haven't seen him lately. He is in Spectro.
Br'er Fox - He no longer makes appears. No one knows why
Br'er Bear - regularly in Town Square or on Epcot bus
Frollo - MGM parade, possibly MNSSHP
Gaston - in WDW- show only, but I've seen pics of him doing dining in CA. (He needs to be out more! What a fun character to interact with!)
Gold Dust Pete - I don't think he exists in the parks....but I could be wrong
Maleficent - MNSSHP, she used to sometimes appear in the character tent across from the Pooh ride, but it's gone now.
Stromboli - MGM, but rare
Shan-Yu - Used to appear in China, now pretty much MNSSHP parade only
Esmeralda - used to be in France and MGM daily, now just MNSSHP. Other appearances are just luck.
Phoebus - ditto
Quasimodo - MGM, but rare. MNSSHP
Bullseye - was making appearances with Jessie and Woody at the Diamond Horseshoe, but they may have taken him out.
Darkwing Duck - Town Square
Dumbo - I heard he was out while the ride with in rehab, but I don't think they have him out now.


Character schedules change all the time so don't expect what I've told you to always be the case! Sometimes you'll see a totally random character in a completely unexpected place. The other day, I was doing 1900 Park breakfast with all the British characters, and who should walk into our breakroom but Snow White! She was a spare that day and had nothing else to do. hehe.

Robin Hood was on the character bus in Epcot when we were there mid-January.

Like someone else mentioned, I read reports of Dumbo being out when the ride was in rehab (we didn't see him).

Jiminy Cricket - I have seen him at the Crossroads in MGM and in Italy and on the Characters on Holiday bus in Epcot, but I think those were luck.
Kronk/Kuzco - never seen them
Max - on the Characters on Holiday bus in Epcot
Kida/Milo - never seen them
Mushu - at the Crossroads in MGM and in China at Epcot
Ping (Mulan) - at the hat in MGM a few years ago, but since Mulan appears in her kimono in the parade now, I don't think she makes "Ping" appearances anymore
Rabbit - looking for him myself
Robin Hood - in Town Square in MK
Scooge McDuck - MNSSHP
Shang - again, looking for him myself. I heard he makes appearances with Mulan on Valentine's Day.
Big Bad Wolf - MNSSHP
Br'er Fox - also looking for him
Br'er Bear - Splash Mountain in MK
Frollo - MNSSHP
Gaston - MNSSHP
Gold Dust Pete - never seen him
Maleficent - MNSSHP
Stromboli - never seen him
Shan-Yu - never seen him
Esmerelda/Phoebus/Quasimodo - saw them once at the Crossroads in MGM, also at MNSSHP
Bullseye - never seen him
Darkwing Duck - never seen him
Dumbo - never seen him

We saw Jiminy cricket several years ago at MGM for earth day. My daughter also saw someone ewiht his name signed on a balloon last year at the MK so he was around but we did not see him personally. I saw Mushu on my way to the bathroom behind Journey into the imagination pavillion at epcot last summer! He was there on the walk way with many other characters signing autographs. (If I had not needed to use the bathroom I would never have thought to look there!) We saw BO Peep in the parade at MGM and the fairygod mother at CRT & the MK parade several years ago. We had pictures taken with Max last year at epcot.

Just met Robin Hood, Friar and Sheriff out in front of AKL entrance this past March. Sheriff was a hoot and "stole" my son's stroller, trying to keep it for ransom!
Have seen Mulan in Epcot and at the Cinderella show a couple of years ago.

Other than MNSSHP, which we won't get a chance to attend, has anyone ever seen the Wicked Queen (from Snow White) at a meet and greet? I've seen her in the snowglobe parade, but never anywhere else.

I actually did. That is my all-time fave character moment. I was in MGM, and up to this point, Maleficent was the all time tops in my book. So I'm waiting in line, and there are these 9 year old boys in front of me. The Queen is being her nasty self, and the boys are contemplating going up to her. She taps her foot, and glares at them, and then her eyes grew big and she screeches.. NEXT!!!!!

They got scared and ran.

Greatest. Moment. Ever.

She then became my favorite, and I have been her loyal minions ever since

That is absolutely pricesless. I love Snow White (the movie and the princess), but somehow the Wicked Queen is just tops in my book. I wanted to get a pic with her last trip and couldn't find her. I will definitely ask around at MGM. What a great memory for you. Thanks for sharing!

OP... did you mean Rabbit from Pooh or the White Rabbit? No one seems to be certain to which you're referring.

Just to clarify, I was talking about Rabbit from Pooh being in UK @ Epcot. I thought that's who the OP meant.

I think the same. White Rabbit seems to be much easier to spot than Rabbit.

We have picture of my youngest when she was just two being held by the Queen. Its so cute! She was in the judges tent in Toon Town with Snow White and Sleeping Beauty. My little one was one of the few brave enough to meet her. We did not see her on our last trip.
