Okay, I will admit that I scoffed at Crocs. I thought, "How weird! People wearing RUBBER shoes all day long...I just don't get it!"

Then I heard they came out with flipflops, so I dragged my friend to come along with me to check them out.

AMAZING. Can't stop wearing them. Buy far the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn...(aside from my Born clogs, which are not WDW suitable :) ) They come in the funnest colors. I can't even describe how comfortable they are.

And they're only 30 bucks. Worth every penny.

I actually made my friend try them on first and when she did, she just stared at me with a blank look. I said, "What?...that bad?" She said that I had to try them for myself. And when I did, I had the same reaction.

So after that we tried the traditional crocs...now we see why they are so popular. But in all honesty...the flip flops were more comfortable then the clogs.

Check 'em out!

Have them. Love them. Mine are the pink and green. Still can't bring myself to buy the clog version..glad to hear the flip flops are more comfortable!!

My mom, my cousin, my second cousin, my aunt, and myself all got our first pair this weekend. My mom and I had been looking for them, my cousin found them, called my mom who told her to pick us up a pair. Well her daughter decided to try them on, fell in love with them and insisted her mom 'just try them'. My cousin immediately fell in love 'with those ugly shoes' and bought three more pairs (for herself, her daughter, and her mom). One try on is all it takes.

To be honest though, I think I still prefer my Teva Mush flip flops.

I have them on right now :cool1: They are the only crocs I found stylish!! Not to mention they are really comfy :teeth:

Yes. I  them. I am the proud owners of three pairs of the flip flops, but I also own three pair of the other (ugly to some) style. Long live Crocs!

Stephanie :)

I have a couple of pairs of the flip flops and they are very comfortable. I haven't tried walking in them for a long time like at WDW but I think they will do great!

I have the chocolate/blue ones and the green/pink ones. I would recommend breaking them in though a couple times before wearing them to disney. It took the part in between my toes a day or so to be really comfy.

I love these, I normally wear Doc Marten sandals but after wearing my crocs all the time I put the Docs on and they felt like they weighed 10 pounds.

I've got the black/black ones on right now! Don't know if I'd do long-haul walking in them, but they're fine for wearing to work (we're casual 'round these parts!) and the grocery store and mall.

I just bought the turquoise/tan pair this weekend and love them! Has anyone worn them all day in the parks?

These are the only shoes I wore our entire trip!!! Loved every minute of them except for the first day since I did not break them in and the toe part was not very comfy.

I actually saw an ad for these flip flops this weekend- they're on sale in my area and I wondered if I should go take a look at them- you've convinced me! I'm a HUGE flip flop fan, but I know regular cheapie ones probably won't be good enough for a day at the parks. Thanks for the advice! :)

Just ordered my athens for myself (navy/khaki) and athens for my DD9 (light blue/yellow). We very excited to get them. We're going June 17-24.

maccalovah, nice to see another DIS'er from Michigan. I'm originally from the Lansing area, but moved up north. I'm in Alpena.

Those are next on my list to purchase. I just bought the Nile sandals and I love those, but I really want a pair of the flip flops-in the lime green/fushia color combo.

Where can I buy them in store?? I am leaving in 3 days, can't order online :goodvibes I like the look of the Nile ones, but $30? Ouch. Do they have "knockoffs" of these?

We bought ours this weekend at Dick's Sporting Goods. DH bought the clogs and oldest DD and I bought the Flip Flops in white and teal. Love them :cool1:

I bought mine (Lime/Fuscia and Light Blue/Pearl) at Dillard's.

Dillard's had a large selection. In addition, the mall had a kiosk set up.

Lots and lots of choices.

That made pairs 9 and 10 for me. (2 aspen, 6 cayman/beach, 2 athens)

I have a pair of the Blue and White athens 2. I got mine at MC Sporting goods. I know that Dicks Sporting Goods has them, so does some Hallmark stores. I would say call around. I LOVE my crocs!
