Just wondering if anyone did not accept their offer to move what did they tell you?

We are scheduled at AKL July 17-22 in two-2Q-pool/water view rooms. I received a call last week wanting us to move. We were offered Saratoga Springs-two 1 bedroom units. I declined. My son (15 and 5'9") would have had to sleep on hide-a-bed, we wouldn't use kitchen, laundry, golf course or spa, and we wanted something that you are under cover once off the bus due to summer rain and lightening storms. Plus, 85 year old Mother-in-law has never seen AKL and gets confused about directions easily. I said several times that I wouldn't consider moving to SSR but maybe somewhere else if necessary but wasn't offered anything else. The rate we were quoted was $107 a night plus tax which is a good rate if you were looking for the things this resort has to offer.
