I'm more than half-way through the book. It's a quick read, and a good read. But there are some basic errors in it (which probably says more about me than anything.)
MNSSHP is not $40, it opens at 7 not 6, F&W samples are more between $3-6 than $1-3 and the character's name is Meeko, not Miko. If there's a second edition that's published, I'd go back through and correct some of these things.
For someone not reading the book for "tips" it's fun reading about how other people get obsessed too. But for someone looking to go on their first or second trip, I couldn't in good faith recommend the book, too many things are overlooked (the resort section skips over Coronado Springs, Fort Wilderness, Wilderness Lodge, the Polynesian, and Grand Floridian) and there are things that are just incorrect.
Sorry if it's the unpopular opinion, but I saw this thread and checked the book out of my local library...I just feel that it's fair to give an accurate representation.
Though I loved the section on bathrooms...far too many guidebooks overlook something so important!!
