I saw in the DIS Unplugged that this helps out the site - and I never got one of these bad boys before! I'm actually kind of excited to get my Disney propaganda mailed directly to me.

It was actually pretty simple if you have a Disney account just log in with your credentials, and select if you want World/Land - and boom.

I ordered these years ago but haven't recently. I just tried this afternoon but unfortunately they will not ship outside the US. So Jes and I and other international guests are out of luck.

However, I really appreciated Pete's info on today's show re the mailing list. I had always checked "no" to avoid junk mail & of course always wondered why I never received a discount offer over the years. I have now re-subscribed so let the mounds of junk stuff (and hopefully some PINs/offers) commence! :D

Oh! Where did you do this?
In MDE or somewhere else?

@samsteele - I get spammed with PIN codes...
Ooooh! Well, share the wealth, baby! Never have I ever . . . :P ps I did use a TA to book most of my WDW vacations so that may also be the reason. The past two I booked online myself so fingers crossed to goodies in the future coming my way.

You could prob do this in MDE as well (possibly under your preferences or contact info after you login?) but I just googled disney world, clicked on their main website, scrolled to the bottom and clicked on order vacation DVD.

As I filled out the form, I had to login and it 1) first popped up the info that I couldn't have the DVD b/c international address (but could view online) and 2) notified me that I was not receiving emails, promos & offers because in my preferences I had declined this earlier. So I changed this up.

I had tried to use the DIS Unplugged link x3 to order the DVD but my ad blocker was being a monster and even after doing an easy disable, it kept blocking & wouldn't let me see the banner I was supposed to click on. Prob something to do with my old XP system. Its a bear. Upgrading to a new (1 yr old off lease) computer shortly b/c that's the least $ work-around for me at this point.

In Australia we can get them through the Disney australia website. I've gotten them before. I not sure how often they update the DVD though.

I was glad Pete mentioned it on the show as I did notice the ads popup so good to get some background and if it helps the DIS out then why not order one?

I had just finished ordering one about 5 min. before the broadcast which was kind of weird when Pete mentioned it. I didn't know it would help the Dis just haven't had one in years and thought it would be fun to see what they had changed. Got my confirmation email that it's on it's way so helping the Dis and getting a Disney fix at the same time, win/win.

Ordered.... I could walk around WDW blindfolded so I ordered the Disneyland dvd.. Can I watch dvds in my PS3? Lol I feel like I should know this

I would love to help the DIS out and order the DVD from here, but it seems the ad doesn't work for Chrome, the most used internet browser.
