I don't disagree, but he can't be charged with it. In order to charge attempted murder you have to have a victim. Right now they are only charging him with property crimes, if the vaccines are still usable, there will not have been any property damage, so there will have been no crime. I've been told they pulled his license but I haven't seen that anywhere, I'm fairly certain that will happen. Unfortunately that might be all the punishment this guy faces.He should still be charged. Basically it's attempted murder.
