Have you gone to the Candelight Processional and/or MVMCP?

I have gone to Candlelight PRocessional for the last 4 years. It is wonderful. Very inspirational. I specifically try to see Marlee Matlin because I am hard of hearing and sign but also go to see some of the other narrators. We may see it 2 or 3 times during one season.
MVMCP is fun and I especially like the shows. My husband doesn't like it at all so I go alone.

We did CP with dinner package twice during our trip this past December. After seeing it once, my not quite two year old ds loved it so much, that we decided to bring him back - he was enthralled - definitely worth getting the dinner package! On the other hand, we were kind of disappointed with MVMCP this year. Having been before, we found the crowds to be REALLY large this year - all of the lines were a half hour long. The parade is incredible, but I don't know if it was worth the ticket cost.

We did MVMCP. and were at Epcot on Christmas (Rain, rain, GO AWAY) Day.
IF a guest is here Christmas week, I would not suggest spending the $ on MVMCP. (Which would be prior to that week.) Unless they just want to soak in the Christmas atmosphere as much as possible.
What guests see Christmas week, pretty much sums up the hard ticket party.
The CP we just happened upon Christmas Day.
For those with passes, there was a long line that started early. I overheard CMs saying there would be standing room only. So most of us without no CP passes walked away.
As CP began we were walking by, and there was plenty of seating. But all available seating was not under the roof -- and it was raining. We stayed until Gary S started speaking, and the rain was just too much and frankly depressing. (Had been out in it all dayyyyyy.)

This year I plan to bypass MVMCP and just do the CP dinner package.
