If you have, how long for the refund?

I e-filed last night and was just wondering. Last year it took about 7 business days. They gave a date for the deposit. This year nothing.

My husband filed on monday and said about 10 days. I don't know if he was quoted that or if it was just a guess.

I just did it last night. Federal took about 15 minutes. State took about 5. No idea on the refund status yet.

I left my accountant last year and filed with H&R Block and the refund was in the bank the next day. (they were much cheaper than the accountant by a lot of $$'s and if anything goes wrong, they back you up)

Tomorrow morning I have an appointment to complete them for this year. The refund will be in the bank on Friday.

No waiting and I like that.

According to the Turbo Tax website, my return was accepted on Jan 26 and I should expect a deposit around Feb 10.

We have. What I have figured out is, state should be deposited on Feb 8 and FED should be two days later on the 10th.
Can't wait!!!!

Most federal deposits are done on Fridays. So, if you efile on a Sunday it will not be deposited until the following Friday (almost 2 full weeks). We have found that state deposits are on Thursday or Friday. Good luck!!

I ran mine through Turbo Tax yesterday, and printed them out to mail. Can't e-file because DH and I have to attach some kind of "tax me as a resident alien" signed statement to it.

Well since it is February 1st and I still haven't received my W2's.....nope not yet!

I am fuming over the w2's though, there is no reason we shouldn't have them yet. A few people (3 that I know of) at work got theirs over 1 week ago. To me it looks like if you are a big shot manager, you and your family members got them already. Us lowly workers are still waiting. ( I only say that because one big shot manager and his 2 daughters seem to be the only people that got theirs over 1 week ago, at least from all the people that are going around asking it seems that way) I thought maybe they were going out by alphabet...they are K's I'm an M...but a B hasn't got his yet either.

We filed last Friday night. The state refund was in the bank this morning, and the federal should be here next week at the latest.
