Have you experienced this on MDE

Hi,
Just after a little info.
We booked our holiday for February 2015 a few months ago.
Of course being a little OCD when it comes to Disney holidays I wanted to get my trip attached to MDE as I like the countdown on it - I know it's sad.

I was unable to link my resort reservation and was told to phone WDW. When I did I was told I could only link my reservation at 200 days out.
Have been told this twice by different CMs and at different times.
Has anyone else experienced/ been told this?

Who are you travelling with? I'm going in May 2015, travelling with Travel City Direct who are owned by Virgin and I linked it this morning with no problems. All I did was put in the booking reference and it was there immediately. A lot of people seem to be having problems with Virgin, I prefer to use TCD as they are cheaper and I've had no issues with this or linking my November 2014 reservation even though I changed the hotel from FQ to Pop at the end of May. It's all very odd that one company can own another as in TCD being owned by VH, yet the holidays are cheaper by a substantial amount and there has been no real issues in linking to MDE.

Call technical support and see if they could help. I had a problem with MDE and they fixed it for me.

Nope... call their IT department. You can definitely book and have it be linked in MDE sooner than 200 days out. I have DVC and book online at 11 months before my scheduled trip usually, so way more than 200 days prior. It always shows in MDE.
