Pack it all in and sell your pins. I sometimes look at what I invested in my collections and think oh my enough is enough. Anyone else every get this way? Having a moment of pin flux here in Ohio.

But sigh.... I would miss you all too much.

Yes, I think most of us go through that at one time or another. either wanting to sell everything or just downsize to one group.
But then I go through my books to try and cut out all but my favorites and I find that little Pinocchio with the green hat, he is so cute, and that Dumbo, how can I get rid of that one, or the Minnie (even though I don't like her) she is skating with Mickey, gotta keep her.
So I realize how much my pins mean to me and I am ok with the pin world again. Peggie

I agree ... we all go through this at one time or another. Now which pin would I trade or sell? my patriotic pins? holiday pins? character pins? 2000 POMS? No way! I sometimes take my pin books off the shelves just to look at the pins .

I agree with you --- My DD and I always take our books down and look through them. Actually, I was re-arranging the pins last night. My DW enjoys the pins, but not as much as us. However, she gets a thrill watching the two of us working on our books. My DD even made a seperate section for my DW, so she will not feel left out.

There have been days and even weeks... But I did finally narrow done my collecting to a few types and got rid of over 800 other pins... Had to the walls were gonna fall in from all the weight... but it was hard to get rid of them and took a long time...

for all your sympathy and commiserating (sp?) I have downsized my types of pins to Walt and Mickey only. But Paul wont let me get rid of the HM and Nightmare ones yet. He says they are too cool. This shall pass I am sure. Maybe the pin meet this week will help lots. sigh.......

By the way Daber, you know they would be coming your way , or at least half of them, I would owe the other half to Kaeoboy in California. That would be about 400 hundred each. Yikes!!!! Too much postage....lol!
