Have you ever sung karaoke?

There is a pub near us that has Kareoke night on Weds nights from 9pm - 12 am. DH and I used to go whenever our schedule allowed it until we one night when we had the waitress from Heck (tm). We don't drink and so we had only ordered soft drinks. Our waitress took 45 minutes to get OUR drinks when she was only taking 10 min or so to get the alcohol laden drinks of the tables surrounding us. When we finally got our sodas, DH asked why it took so long to get a frigging SODA. Her reply?
"If it doesn't have alcohol in it, I usually don't remember it."

Ever since that night we have not gone back.

i love karaoke! we go frequently -- maybe once a month - to a place here that oes it saturday nights.

I've never sung karaoke and I've never been drunk, so I guess if I tried it, I'd sound horrible.

Hey - here's a thought - we could spill liquor all over our clothes and pretend we were drunk and then sing a duet - what do you think??

YES, on the Disney Magic! It was lots of fun and a riot to watch some of the people -- kind of like watching "American Idol".

I do a decent job and I'm not drunk, but I can't say the same for some others...
