If you have ever stayed at Wyndham Bonnet Creek. I would greatly apprecite your feedback about quality of thr resort and if there are any resort fees?

First of all welcome to the DIS boards!!

I have never stayed ay Wyndham Bonnet Creek, but you will probably have more luck with responses if you post this on the Orlando Hotels and Attractions thread. There is a LOOONG thread over there about this resort.

Welcome to the DIS!

We stayed there this May on our Wyndham points from another Wyndham resort. We loved the resort and everything we saw or did there was top-notch.

Staying on points, we did not pay any resort fees. If you rent a villa directly from Wyndham (as opposed to an owner), I assume you would have to pay the local sales + hotel tax, which I believe is 11 1/2%. I am not aware of any "resort fee." There is no charge for parking, or for the buses to the WDW theme parks or DTD.

If you ask more specific questions, folks here will be better able to help you.

Stayed 3 times- rented from an owner. Great resort. Lots of space, wonderful amenities, activities and pools, comfy beds. We save so much by staying here and its so close to the parks.

We have never done a timeshare pitch and don't plan on it. Check out the We Love Bonnet Creek thread....lots of positives there.

A better question might be, why wouldn't you stay there again if you are concerned about anything.

When we rented from owner, we payed them a flat fee for the stay less than $100 for a 2br/2ba. Can't beat that!

I am a devoted on-site person, but we rented one of the timeshares last May when our trip turned into 6 people. We love the facility, particularly my DH and children with all of the pools and lazy rivers, putt-putt golf, pool slides, etc. The price, too, was impossible to resist.

This October, we were going to stay at the CR, but even with Florida resident discounts, we got a week at WBC for hundreds less then we would have paid for 3 discounted nights at CR. :sad2: Boo, for me, but my DH is once again delighted to pay so little for so many amenities. Paying for 5 of us to go to MNSSHP is quite pricey, so by staying at WBC, we can rationalize the added expense.

You will find many people on this thread who love Bonnet Creek. You definitely get alot for your money.

We just got back from spending a week there. We have stayed at nothing but Disney resorts previous to this. We were very, very pleased with our 2br/2bath unit. Lots of room, clean, and my Wife loved having a washer and dryer and full kitchen. The master BR has a tiled walk-in shower (terrible shower head) and sink, there is another sink outside the br door so I could do all my stuff while my Wife did hers. The other bedroom had two queen beds and the bathroom had a regular tub/shower combo. The elevators were quick but had a strong smell of women's perfume....not sure if that was a deoderizer or female guest who didn't know when enough was enough. The kids loved the pools. The buses are on a tight schedule, get a couple time charts when you check in, the time listed is when the buses LEAVE....if it says 9:40 and you get there at 9:41 be prepared to wait another 19 minutes. The first morning I was awakened by someone wanting to sell me a timeshare.....unplugged the phones and the problem went away. :lmao:
