Maybe he hates having his picture taken, and even though he's done it thousands of times, he is still shy about it. It could be an avoidance reaction.

DH even had the gall to tell Capt. Tom, during the castaway club gathering, that he had heard from a lot of people that Capt. Tom didn't have much of a personality. LOL I was soooo embarrassed that I just walked away from him and grabbed a drink from one of the servers.

Ok, I am gasping with laughter and shock at this story and thinking how easy it is for a person to really shove his own foot into his mouth.
