Have You Ever Formally Protested or Boycotted Anything?

/
Yep. I've marched (the most recent one I attended was an amazing experience), I've boycotted (sometimes that's more slacktivism than anything, though; I mean, it's no hardship to avoid XYZ business when they're a pain in the neck to access anyway), and I am very careful about where I donate my money and time. I don't let "perfect" be the enemy of "good", because every little bit counts. But being thoughtful costs nothing.

I have had the honor of marching in two 100,000 person marches. Both were an amazing experience to be with so many like-minded people. I have also boycotted stores and/or companies.

We don't have White Castle here, but we have Krystal which s pretty similar. It does NOT agree with me either. I do believe you need to have a certain blood alcohol level to even tolerate Krystal (much less actually WANT it), and I'm not a drinker so that's out for me.

When you gotta have a Krystal, you GOTTA have a Krystal. I miss Krystal. There aren't any where I live now.

don't do any social media whatsoever.
The Dis is "social media". ;)

I think it was called PCU. I thought it was funny but then again I was at a very liberal hippy university when it came out.
Yes. The plot didn't focus on the protesters, they were just one of the side stories. The plot was a HS Senior visiting the college and the insanity that ensues. I also found it amusing.
