Have you ever changed TA at DU???

I've heard great things about DU and some of the TA there but the one I have now has never been mentioned to put it nicely. I thought she was at least getting the job done but I haven't heard anything from her in days even though I have requested some changes be made, my final payment is due (and I'm not sure the changes were made) and I requested a Cindy's PS - and have heard nothing in days!! Although it seems rude, can I contact DU and request to be switched to a different TA? Has anyone ever done this - who do I ask for? Any help would be appreciated as it involves a possible once in a lifetime cruise!:)

Please forward me your reservation ID number or last name (by PM) and I will look into this for you. If you are truly unhappy with your agent, we will do what we have to, to make you happy.

I'm sorry you are experiencing problems, but will definitely get this looked after.

I wonder if because we are both from KY we have the same agent!?! LOL I have used DU before and have had nothing but wonderful experiances. This trip leaves a lot to be desired. Maybe it is just the luck of the draw.
 
Something to keep in mind for your next trip, I love my TA and when I make a reservation I request her. So if you find someone you really like request them.
 

I had some problems with a Dreams agent on our trip in 2000. I called Dreams directly and explained the situation and I Immediately got a new agent with no problems. :)
