hi all,
i was thinking about this today and it made me laugh now. when i was about 16 i was saving up money for a x-mas present for my folks.i wanted to get them a dvd player for their bedroom.i went into manhattan with some friends and found a guy standing on a corner selling dvd players dirt cheap.i was young and dumb so i payed him 100 dollars after he swore they were not stolen or broken.x-mas morning my folks open up the box i wrapped and got,and two building bricks crazy glued to the bottom of the box was all that was in there.i was so upset to say the least.i wanted it to be a big surprise.so have any of you been suckered into anything?if so where you able to get your money back.as for me my dad a city cop made me drive him to the same corner, but no street salesman was there anymore.i got beat.
