Have you been to WDW recently..........

and know if they have this mug?
Not sure where to post this question. Ya know how they have the plastic mugs for special occasions, ex. - Halloween, 25th Anniversary, 100 years of Magic, they look like the resort mugs? Well does anyone know if they have a mug for the Celebration this year. A guy my husband works with is in WDW now and is supposed to pick me one up. But he called today and said he can't find it. We told him the places that you usually can purchase it from. Does anyone know if they have them?

Thanks, I know they have to be there. We usually got them off a vendor cart or along Main Street in one of the stores that sells drinks and snacks.

No she is pretty good. The other one is a different story. She is a big baby. Doesn't like when we leave, looks out the window and always wants to be pet and held. She is a handful.

When we were there in June, we didn't see anything special other than the stuff you could buy in the stores.

I know excatley what you are talking about. Whatever the BIG event that year is, they sell the MUGS (same size as the resort mugs) with the LOGO of that event. These are mostly sold off the carts & from the walk in eateries.

HOWEVER....I do recall that they are usually sold for HOT CHOCOLATE, COFFEE...etc., and are in abdunce during the cooler months. The more I think about it, I dont recall ever seeing them during the summer. Therefore it's quite possible your source can't find them.

We have a few home....and they always came with HOT DRINKS.

I know what mugs your are talking about and I ususally buy one at Columbia Harbor House in MK. Its near the Haunted Mansion, sells fish and chicken.
Also got one at MGM at the popcorn stand as you walk down the main road towards the big hat. Its on the right side after the tip/information board. I usually get soda in them so no its not just hot drinks.
I hope your friends can find one before they come home.

Yes, they do sell them year round for special events. Each time I purchased one i had soda in it. In fact when I got the 100 Years mug it was in the summer. This guy is not an experienced DISER, therefore he probably was not looking it the right places. Just talked to my DH and the guy left to come home yesterday. Oh, well guess I won't be getting this mug afterall.
