I've booked about 5 or so cruises with them. Never had one problem. I would use them again no problem.

We have used them in the past without any problems. We have also used vacationstogo.com. It depends who is cheaper or offering the best incentives such as paid gratuities etc..Have fun!

I don't know if this is an option for you but I booked a cruise six months ago thru Costco travel, you need to be a member. The pricing was the same everywhere I looked for Royal Carribean, but they gave me onboard credit based on the cost, we got 95 per cabin. They also gave us dinner for two at the special restaurants (runs 25 per person, probably wouldn't have paid for it, but for free, it was a wonderful experience!!). I would book with them again, although I didn't use them for anything except the booking, I had done all my own research. I hope this helps.
