Have to sell DVC any advice?

Hubby and I have to sell DVC we are probably going with TimeShare store...any other advice? I hope to buy again...maybe in a few years...
Any advice would be appreciated...

We put our contract up for sale earlier in the week. It makes me so very sad to see it listed but unfortunately my husband does not love WDW like I do. Perhaps this will help our relationship but I fear that I will hold some resetment.

Not sure if this will be removed... but if you have a bit of time, why not list it on the TUG site (Timeshare Users Group) and do a private sale?

He is aces in my book I used him for a resale were i was the seller and I loved it he made it easy
