have to ask - kobe beefburger

OK have noticed the above in a few restaurants, what exactly is it?

Hoping it does not have anything "posh" in it that the children will not like

I can't see the point in putting Kobe beef in a burger
Apart from the taste, a lot of the appeal is the texture/marbling/tenderness and that would get lost in the mincing/grilling.
I'm sure it would be a tasty burger but not worth the extra cost IMO
Or am I wrong - anyone had one?
