We are staying there for the last 6 nights of our trip over spring break. THANKS

As far as I know, the answer to this is no. But, I'm sure others will chime in and add their comments too.

I thought I heard they were rehabbing the units. hmmmm I guess not

I don't claim to be an expert and don't follow these things with great interest, but I thought the refurb didn't necessarily change the sofa type and what the bed itself on the pull out is like. So, even if the sofa is new it will be just like the old one.

Apparently BWV got new ones in the past year or so.

The recent SSR refurbishment was a soft goods refurb, which means they painted, replaced curtains, carpets, and bedding. But they didn't replace any furniture.

The sofa beds at SSR are made by a company called American Leather. We find them to be the most comfortable of the three types used by DVC. While they're comfortable to sleep on, unfortunately, the cushions on the ones at SSR (to me) are uncomfortable to sit on when using the sofa as a sofa. They sag down in the front below the level of the frame. I always have to fold some towels or a blanket and put it under the cushions to firm it up a bit.

Thanks for the info. :)
