have the Fl turnpike rest stops reopened?

everything has been really wonky as far as open & close in florida! Does anybody know if the rest stops along FL Turnpike are open?

They’ve been open the whole time as far as I can tell. There was a time where not everything was open inside such as the fast food locations. But everything is back open inside just like normal
