Have the DVC resale prices jumped?

I just was looking at the DVC 'listed' prices with one of the brokers and notice that the prices for resale seemed to have jumped up.

Did anyone else notice that? Any particular reason? besides Disney's prices have increased.

They seem a bit high to me with:

SSR at $80+
BCV at $90
BWV at $88
OKW at $70 WOW
WL at $84

Seems the only good deal is BLT at $97

Check the VGC resale prices.

Disney's prices increased in March, which led to a huge jump in the number of people on Wait Lists, which led to a sharp increase in ROFR. That said, that increase in ROFR only lasted a while, but it seems as though it has increased both asking and offered prices quite a bit.

This really is quite simple... law of supply and demand with a pinch of "market maniuplation" by Disney (the aformentioned direct price increase coupled with an increase in ROFR buyback activity).

Yes, resales prices increased a lot. I bought loaded contracts at SSR at 50 and 58 $ pp and now I could sell them stripped and make a profit.
The best deal now it's probably AKL.

Speaking of OKW...I feel the higher pricing started in Sept. of 2012.
There was one 50 pt. [2042] contract that sold for 74.00 $ per point.
