Just a head's up to those who are visiting from out of the US: it is policy now to have your passport to show the CM along with your ID in order to purchase an adult beverage on property. I was unaware of this being a US citizen who has never traveled outside of the country until the girl in front of me in line at the Canada popcorn stand was turned down because she only had her Canadian ID to show. I felt bad for her so thought I would spread the word in case others out there are also unaware.

FWIW, it's not a policy, it's a law.

And before someone freaks out (which happens every time this comes up,) a color copy of the passport is acceptable.

Thanks for the added info. As I said, I have never traveled outside this country & am unfamiliar with laws for serving alcohol in other countries. I just felt bad that this girl was unaware of this as well so thought I'd post it here. I didn't have any intent with this post to get anyone freaked out or anything, just wanted to share it in case there were others who were also unaware. :)

And this is not a new thing. This has been in effect for well over a year now, if not longer.
