I LOVED LOVED LOVED Pleasure Island at night and will miss it a bunch when I go in Jan.

So, what is the new 21+ entertainment after park hours? Anything??

Jelly Rolls and Atlantic Dance on the Boardwalk.
Several places (IE: POFQ, Dixie Landing, GF, etc) have singers/musicians in the lounges.
Raglan Road has music in the evening, but it is a resturant so it is not limited to 21+.

As far as night clubs go, the only on-property Disney-run dance club is Atlantic Dance Hall at Disney's Boardwalk Resort. For non-Disney run, Rix Lounge in Disney's Coronado Springs Resort has a DJ but the drinks are pretty pricey. House of Blues in Downtown Disney West Side may have a band that interests you but Sunday Night is absolutely-packed crazy for their Hospitality Industry Night with DJ's. If you have a car, CityWalk at Universal Orlando Resort is popular Thursday-Saturday nights as is downtown Orlando.
