Anyways, there are specific rules based on width of and length of vehicle which in essence mean that if it takes more than one space it needs to be parked elsewhere
"Please note that RVs may be parked on property if the vehicle is less than the width if the interior of the lines of one individual parking space, and/or the vehicle does not exceed 24 feet in length. For all other RVs, alternate arrangements can be made upon arrival at the resort"
BTW, that will be some drive if you are coming all the way from BC!
We have a MH also and the last time to OKW, rules were you could unload at your room and then had to drive to PO and park. You would then be driven back if you don't have a toad.
Thanks everyone. Much relieved, parking MH at PO piece of cake....we used walk over to PO quite often to eat at Memeres.
BTW....not upset about motorhome....haven't got it yet...we are retirement planning. Want take about a six month tour...across to the east coast of Canada in September, then on down to FLA for couple of months, returning through Tex... Ariz... Ca...etc. in spring.
While in FLA, we plan on having our family (Grandkids and all) us for the Chistmas Season.

Pets aren't allowed at OKW unless they are sevice animals. Your toad isn't a service animal is it?
Maybe you can make arrnagments for the toad at one of the kennels. Although they usually get only dogs and the occasional cat, I understand they sometimes accept some of the more "unusual" pets.
A toad is the vehicle you pull behind you so you have transportation when you arrive at your destination.

We go to FW once a month and have # 1 and # 2 grandsons with us and it gets a little crowded in our older 30' non slide MH. Just wondering if you are going for a big DP with 2+ slides. You should have a BLAST while at FW.
No problem, I am not sure where TOAD came from but I would think that TOWV would be better since it is a TOWed Vehicle.
Glad to see that they still use PO for parking since that last stay of ours at OKW was 2 years ago. Since we got our MH we have been going to FW once a month and not using DCV except for the MEMBER CRUISE. Because we aren't using DVC this is why we are considering selling, really don't want to but...
Thanks again everyone....John...what do you think of FW rv park....I have been looking at it but find it quite pricy for the long stay we are contemplating...maybe a couple days over 24th 25th Dec.
