Oh man, we are 2 weeks out and I am beginning to really PANIC! I am now worried that after all my hard work trying to book a CRT breakfast that I scheduled it too late. It is for 11AM and the last seating is at 11:15. Will the food be cold? Will the Princesses be rushed? I know, I know, I can't do anything about it now but I ASKED for the time and am now regreting it. I was so surprised when I actually got through I just blurted out the first time that came to mind. Consequently, we are going to eat light breakfast in room, use it as brunch instead and then snack til dinner so I am not worried about the hunger part - just the Atmosphere part.

Thanks for listening and I appreciate any feedback from anyone who has also had late ressie there.

We had a reservation for CRT at 11:00 about three weeks ago. Everything was fine! The food was hot and the princesses spent a decent amount of time with us. I have triplet boys(5 years old) and they loved the breakfast! I just asked them yesterday and all three of them said it was their favorite meal in WDW.

We had a 10:45 seating last week. I had the same concerns as you.

However, we found the place still bustling; the food was piping hot, the service great, the Princesses were energetic, everything was in order!

Have fun!

Tripletrouble - thanks so much for posting. I feel better already! We have twin girls age 6 and one son age 8. The CRT breakfast is a surprise for them - and I guess as the "masterplanner", I am beginning to feel the pressure that everything go well.

~~RELAX~~ You will be fine.

CRT's breakfast is handled in a different fashion than most restaurants. David (he's a server at CRT's), waited on us last week and I spoke to him about how they run the breakfast there.

He said there are 4 shifts. When you are there you will notice how each room/section clear out at the same time. There are actually 3 sections and each are seated at similar times. The princesses are out for 45 min and rotate through these sections and then take a break between each shift.

You wouldn't be seated at 11:00 if the princesses weren't available...but I do have to say from our past few experiences here I have felt rushed most times since they have a lot of area to cover during this time. Depending on where they are as far their time left will depend on whether they're rushing more than other times. (kinda hard to explain but that's how it works).

We had a 9:40 PS (dd and I) and were seated around 9:55. The princesses didn't get to our table until about 10:45 (which was longer than I would have liked, but the way it is sometimes). I didn't get the "hot" food so I couldn't tell you about that but in the past when I've gotten the hot food it's always been hot regardless of what time we were there (PSB is another story--I have YET to have hot food there which is supposed to be hot).

Sorry about the lengthly post but don't let this worry you. I would plan to get to the park at opening so you can enjoy some of the rides (before breakfast) without the lines that you'll encounter later. We did Small World just prior and had a boat to ourselves...neat!! ENJOY and don't worry!! :earboy2:

Our BBG who will 5.5 when we go. Hoping to get CRT also. Glad to hear your boys loved it!

and it worked out great for us! I'm not sure what day you are going (whether MK has extended hours that day), but we came for the early entry to MK park, and did ALL of Fantasyland by the time we needed to check in for PS. Just as Fantasyland lines were beginning to get long, we were sittin' pretty with the princesses. :cloud9: The kids had eaten something small in the am (maybe a pop tart?), and then we had an early dinner. The food at CRT was fabulous, and the princesses were great!

Afterward I think we park hopped to another, less crowded park (we had other days at MK).

Have a great time!

We had a late seating last November and it was great. Very relaxed, food and service were excellent, princesses pleasant and not rushed. Don't worry and have a GREAT time!!! :)

Thanks everyone for posting! I have calmed down after reading all of your input. YEAH! we are ready for our Princess Breakfast now! :cool1:

What are they like for the beginning? I have a PS for lunch in CRT on July 19th at 12:20, and lunch starts at 12:00. Do they rush you to try to get you out for the other people? This is for my birthday and I want it to (hopefully) go right. Anyone?

How far in advance can you make CRT ressies?
My twin nephews love Cinderella (Dad hates that, but I just say they think she is cute). It might be a nice suprise for everyone.

You'll need to make CRT ressies exactly 90 days out. It's very important that you call on that date, and these ressies are very hard to get.
You may want to check out the CRT Advice thread which is full of alot of information. It is located at the top of the Disney Restaurants (I think) forum.

Good Luck!!! princess:
