Shelby Pickett emailed me last week stating that I would receive a FedEx email with my shipping information. It's been a week, I still haven't received an email or the item...I'll wait for my item this week. I emailed her back stating that I did not get the email, no reply.

BBB has no information on them, whether in Mississippi or in Florida. I could create a new entry, but I'm not sure how that would work with BBB. As racefano88 posted, I suppose they do mail the items out, it just takes forever...

I wouldn't bother with the BBB. I had a dispute a few years back about those collapsible water bags everyone ordered back then. I filed a complaint with the BBB. They contacted the vendor who said everything was fine. Complaint was closed as resolved. I knew it was probably not worth the time to write to the BBB but I tried it anyway. I have absolutely no respect for the BBB (not just from this incident).

I did finally get my product but it took almost 4 months. Too late for my trip in Sept that year-just in time for Christmas.

If it's things you can purchase at the Parks, why not just order from Disney directly?

As far as I know it isn't stuff you can get in the parks. I got a shower curtain that was used at CSR and an Euro pillow from the GF.

I've had luck in the past buying on ebay through a seller named themeparkconnection. They have authentic, park used items frequently, including some very hard to find things. Sometimes the prices get high, so I've only bought twice.

maybe that would be another place for you to look.

Correct, they are selling stuff that isn't sold in the parks.

I received my items yesterday, it took well over a month from when I placed the order until I received them. Shipped safely and I was able to track it.

So although they are super slow at processing the order (not slow in getting your money though) and take days to reply to an email, their items are shipped well and arrive as they state.

I would not do business with them again, however, receiving an item after 1 month, that wasn't an international purchase isn't worth it. Although, I do wonder if that's just me being spoiled in the days of instant gratification.

Do not order anything from this company!!!! I ordered 2 lamps from them on 10/7, my credit card was charged on that day. I had read that they are slow with shipping so I waited about a month to contact them. Late November, I finally had a response the week before T'giving that there had been water damage in the warehouse and that slowed down shipment, then I was told that I had cancelled my order but if I had cancelled my order why did they keep my money? Was told that they would be shipped the week of T'giving, so again, I waited.
2 weeks ago I finally found a phone number for Shelby and called him and was then given the excuse that it is his dad's company and that he had had some kind of heart surgery but Shelby would see to it that they were shipped - so again, I waited and again - no lamps! It will be 3 mo. on 1/7, I am going to call the credit card company & paypal to make a complaint and see if there's anyway to get money back at this point. They are horrible! I have been told twice that they would ship and both times they were not. Do not order from them regardless of how cute the items are!

The name Shelby sounds familiar. Did they use to operate disneyana exchange? If so watch out. Sounds like same kind of issues I had with them, except they were a consignment place. They would call me to send them a piece I was selling. I would pack it up and pay to ship it to them. Then I had to fight for many, many months to get my money. Oh and I got the father had a heart attack also and that was several years ago.
