Have finally booked....

.... sorry Jen! not WDW but Canada for next August.

fly to Calgary on the 14th, 2 nights Calgary city centre,
pick up car and drive to Banff.
4 nights Banff where we will be white water rafting, horse riding, heli-hiking (this is all Callum and me rather than Mum and 70 yo Dad!)
then we'll wander up the icefields pathway and take in the beautiful Lake Louise, Lake Minnewanka and Peyto before hiking out onto the glaciers at Athabasca,
We'll stay 1 night in Sunwapta before going up to Jasper. 2 nights in Jasper (time for more lake sports and a nice dip in the Miette hot springs and then we'll catch the Rocky Mountaineer to Vancouver.
We probably won't stay in Vancouver much as we've done the city before so we'll probably go up to either Whistler or across to Vancouver Island again to whale watch.

The holiday won You can always spruce up the bathroom for cheap. That way you get both.

You can buy lots of cool bathroom stuff on the holiday anyway.

Sounds amazing Carol, I have been to Canada before and it's on Gavin's must do list but I fear Disney would be skipped that year so I keep holding off!

Sounds like it's going to be an amazing trip Carol I went to Toronto with DBF 4 years ago, and we loved it....really want to explore more of Canada one day
