We see and read this all the time, but it's different when it happens to you. You are all the best members of a family a person could ever wish for. I love what I have done for the last year with PinPics. Not one of you over here judged me. The pain and despair I have been going through has equalled losing my child many years ago. I cannot begin to tell you how alone and abandoned I have been feeling over the last three days as I could not get to the security of my home and bed.

I wish I could share with you the heart-warming insightful words of encouragment and support I had waiting for me in my mail box when I returned home. I thought I was all cried-out but those emails waiting for me at home made me find new depths in my soul which stored more tears.

People who I have had serious difference of opinion and morals or ethcis issues with have written to console me. Thank you all for the emails and please respect the moderators job, it is hard enough. Don't post to this. I am home I am safe and I have true, deep, real friends.

God bless every one of you, I really know now HE has blessed me.

We know the pain you must feel and while it is a matter for you and the other partys involved to handle in private, I want you to know you are a big part of our family here on the DIS and I would not want you to feel any different. I hope everyone posts here to let you know how much you and Gary mean to us...

I have met and corresponded with others involved in this issue, and consider them friends as well.

I do not know the details of the dispute. I will make no comment.

I only hope that when all is done, I will still have all these friends, and you will all be friends again too.

I don't know if there is anything I can do to ensure this is the outcome, but if there is . . . I am ready to help.

You are all assets to our community. I would not want any one of you to be excluded.

It's so good to see you posting again, Kathryn. I missed you -- you are such an important part of this board. I'm glad you're home and feeling better!

Kathryn no matter what you will always be tops in my books, check out the boards you are soooooo loved.

Even if you are the reason why I'm broke due to my pin addiction and heyyyyy hmmmmm let me think this through… (pause) (pause) nope I still love you.

Now let me tell you all about this lady. When my wife and myself wanted to get into pin trading, we tried on our own for weeks, we ran into sharks galore, and we lost quite a lot of pins and got junk in return.

Kathryn spent an entire weekend with us walked us through the parks held our hands, and taught the two of us how to trade, spot sharks, and the value of pins as well as how to use the boards.

All she asked in return is that we pay it forward, and show new traders the ropes as well, not that we are special (cause we are), but she has done for hundreds of people.

So Kathryn is tops in my books, and will remain a friend even if I get my head together get my life back and drop pin trading. Hee hee

I care for this lady so much I would give her my continuing the traditions pin, if it would make her happy… ( note * I'm being nice here sister so enjoy, but don't even think about it

A trio of taps is followed by a few quiet opening notes. And in her best high school reunion voice she warbles choked with emotion:

I, too, must relay my feelings. Kathryn, you have been the inspiration for my entire family. Folks, we met under innocuous conditions - we were all waiting for AdventureLand to open on the day of the opening of the Aladdin's Magic Carpet Ride. We met almost by bumping into each other. Wow, what a nice lady. This gal just poured her heart out to my family. She just took us all under her wing, and taught us so many things about Disney, Disney people, pin trading, and so much more. It amazes me how much she has added to our Disney experiences - just because. She's consistantly given, and given... and has asked for nothing in return. We don't see this type of person that often. It warms my heart to see the support that she has among her friends, but it certainly comes as no surprise to me. You see, anyone as open, caring, and giving as Kathryn cannot help but have a lot of family - not just biological family, but a family of good people who would go the distance for her. I am proud to number her among those whom I can call my friend.

Kathryn, if you or Gary need anything, just say the word.

Paul and I had a great time with you and your hubby this last trip. In fact Paul drug me over to your table to trade with "the nicest people" you must come and meet " the nicest people" he was just thrilled you two took him under your wing and traded with him. I'm somewhat clueless as to what happened, and perhaps it's best left that way.

I only know that I'll always remember that Boardwalk pin meet with Gary happily lounging in that seat, and the special Aristocats pin that you surprised me with. Heck, you surprised a lot of people that night.
