have any intimate brides done a dessert party?

Just wondering if any of you did one the same day as your wedding. And if you did, were you allowed to wear your dress??

Well, I'm a DH, not a DW, but we did have a dessert party on the same day as our wedding. My DW was not allowed to wear her dress to the party. The only way that she would be able to wear the dress is if we wanted to bump up our wedding to a custom wedding.

I havent had my wedding yet but i have been told you are only allowed to wear your dress around the WDW resort if you had a custom wedding. You are not allowed to wear your dress if you have had an intimate wedding.

Ah man!! Well i'm still a custom bride but the way things are going financially i might have to become a intimate. Thats why i'm asking! I emailed my SM so hopefully i'll get an answer soon and i'll post the official answer here!!
