I'm curious.
We haven't been back there since 2008... :)

Thanks DebbieB!
I'm looking forward to going back there this year :)

That's good to know. I am thinking of trying to book BWV for our next trip. Do you know if they have added the sleeper chair? TIA. :goodvibes

We were just there last month and no sleeper chair. I don't think they are planning on adding one here.

There isn't room for a sleeper chair at the BWV

I haven't stayed there in some time, is the interior much different or has it just been painted with some:banana: new couch cushions?

There is a thread somewhere with photos. Basically refreshed with new paint, new wallpaper, new carpet, newer furniture/recovered furniture.

We especially appreciate the new glass top stoves (no more wobbly coil burners!) and the LCD TVs. The balcony chairs are also nicer. Bonus (IMHO): the thermostats that folks are having to override in many other DVC resorts were NOT installed at BWV, so the air conditioning can run all night if you need it.

Deb, thanks for getting the link to the photos.

We are staying at the Boardwalk in April, have to admit the rooms are a big improvement on what they were like in 2006.

This is great news for me. I'll be staying at BWV for the first time later this month, and I'm happy to know that all the villas have been remodeled.

We stayed at OKW twice within two months and the first time we had a non renovated villa and the second time we had a newly renovated one. When compared back to back like that, the differences were glaringly obvious.

Though I've never stayed at BWV before the rehab, I'm happy to be staying there after. :yay:
