Have a Reservation for Mama Melrose - Include Fantasmic?

Hello everyone.

I have a reservation for Mama Melrose's. It is supposed to be for the Fantasmic Show. However, I don't see that part listed anywhere. How do I find out if the dinner reservation includes the show?

You can not book a Fantasmic pkg on line. You must call and specify you want a Fantasmic pkg. After I called and got mine for my May trip, I went online, put in the confirmation number, pulled it up, then emailed it to myself. It looked just like this:

Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano Fantasmic at Disney's Hollywood StudiosTM

When you pull yours up online, if it doesn't have the word Fantasmic in it, then you have just a regular reservation for Mama Melrose and will need to call to see if you can still get the Fantasmic pkg. Mama Melrose is the hardest one to get out of the three restaurants offered, so usually go within just a few minutes of them opening up the ADRs. Good luck!

What a nightmare!

I think I was actually speaking with Goofy when I called.

I am told my new reservation is for Fantasmic. However, there's no fantasmic in the description.

I'm over $100 just in telephone calls there today. One call was over an hour itself!

Thanks for your guidance. I just find this so frustrating. I can't trust what I'm told nor can I believe my computer reservations. My tickets (online) say "error". But, Disney says everything is fine. I don't get it. The guy told me not to worry what my online vacation / profile says, just worry what they have.

That scares the daylight out of me.

Any tips or hints?
