On our last cruise in 2003, DH and I spent a fair amount of time in the ESPN Skybox and also in the dueling piano bar. Can someone that's been on the ship both before and after the change to Diversions and The Stack tell me about the changes? We're not really "dance" people so we won't spend much time in Rockin'BarD, and I'm just hoping that we don't end up disappointed with the nightlife.

TIA! :jester:

I don't think you will be spending much time in the Stack, that is for teenagers ;)

Diversions is really nice, I never saw it very crowded. We went in May, so not many sporting events that were must see during that time.

My DH loved the ESPN skybox. He was disappointed when it went away. He did like diversions though....mostly because they always had a gallon of warm nacho cheese for him to dip his nachos in! Seriously though, our whole group thought diversions was really nice. We really enjoyed the big booths. We travel in a large pack so it's rare that we fit almost all of us around one table at the same time. I missed all of the pub-type activities that were held at night. I did hear from my Brother-in-law that it got pretty wild the last night. My DH and brothers enjoyed playing chess or checkers on the game tables. My best advice, give it a try!
