Have a question about reservations???

I currently have a reservation w/ deposit paid for our trip. I think I can get it for a cheaper rate. I wanted to find out if I can just have them change the price or do I have to cancel that reservation and start all over, and if I do, will I lose the deposit I have already paid. Does anyone know???

If you have a room-only resrvation through CRO and you want to cancel, you can do so anytime up until 5 days prior and get your deposit back. You can also have a "code rate" applied to your existing reservation, if you are eligible for the code, without rebooking.
