We nearly made it at the last minute, but India has a birthday disco arranged for Saturday, leaving me and Tam sad, dispondant, unhappy and downright weepy that we can't attend this weekends festivities.

Here's wishing you all a wonderful time.

Just a couple of things have softened the blow for me. All this talk of shopping has made me glad to be at the other end of the country.
Also the lack of kareoke is probably a good thing. The thought of Dave belting out 'I Will Survive' is not pleasant!

Have a few beers for me you lucky people.
