I need some suggestions for firming up my "chest area". I've lost over 20 inches so far on Atkins...and at least 6 of that is in my chest. ok...things are not looking so great and I am doing toning exercises....but is there anything that will help dramatically and not take FOREVER? (and no, I don't expect overnight success) DH said after I reach goal maybe we could look into surgery. Ummm...I don't want to go that route. I need help!!!!!

I wish I had an idea but I don't. In fact I was just thinking the samething this morning as I realized if I don't do something my chest area will be at my kness!!!!

Push ups! They are the best for toning your upper body. If you consistantly do them you will see that it does help build cleavage but the reality is that no exercise will perk those girls up! It is one of those sad facts of life.

Yup, push ups. They're the best way. I'm curious what you're doing now. There are chest machines at the gym too--if you go, mix it up. Increase your weight. If you have a fitness ball and some dumbbells, do chest presses on the ball. Again, mix it up, do multiple excersises for that area every other day. Good luck! :)

Thanks...guess I'll have to get busy w/ the push ups. Right now I'm not doing anything specific, just using my WATP toning tape and the WATP weights. I also have a WW exercise guide (from a long long time ago) that has upper and lower body toning and strength exercises in it. It's scary to look this bad at 35.

ive heard that doing incline bench press and bench pressing can help

:)
