Have a ? about shipping to home

I bought some stuff at disney a couple weeks ago and had it delivered to the resort, It never showed up by the time we left ( Had it sent Wednesday , we left Sat) Disney said they would mail it to us, Does anyone had experience with this or know how long it takes? or a number i can call,Thanks for the info .

I'd call the resort you stayed at directly. I shipped a package home from the business center at the Boardwalk on Thursday; and received it today; Wednesday.. so it took just under a week.

I bought in Epcot on the 5th of May, and it came the 19th.

I bought at the CR on 5/7 and it was delivered 5/18. Did they have you fill out the mailing form at your resort?
