It's funny you asked this today, well last night, because the disneyblog had an announcement on it today.

Do fireworks, Fantasmic!, or world of color happen before grad nights start?

I was there on one of the last nights and fireworks and Fantasmic! were showing (just prior to the 9pm closing). World Of Color was too, but DCA didn't have a Grad Nite event that night (and prior to that WOC hadn't opened yet). I believe DCA closes earlier for Grad Night events so I'd guess no WOC wouldn't be showing.
