Haunted Mansion With Different Audio?

I saw a Fresh Backed Video where they were able to use their smart phones, and a location near the Rivers of America to get different audio for Haunted Mansion.

Does anyone have a link on how to do this? I have my annual anniversary trip in 10 days and wanted to surprise my wife.

It's actually a part of the Haunted Mansion 'Ghost Post' subscription box that was available on the Disney Store website a couple months back. There were 999 subscriptions available and they sold out pretty quickly.
