Haunted Mansion Movie? Anyone seen it yet?

Hi All,

Hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving or as we say in our family Happy Turkey Day. Has anyone seen the new Haunted Mansion Movie yet? We are thinking of going tomorrow afternoon. We have free passes worth up to $12.50 because we purchased stuff from Disney Deals and it indicates that these can be used even on shows that are marked as no passes or vouchers. Anyone used these yet?

DD15 and I saw it last night. Neither one of us cared for it. On the other hand we loved "Pirates". I guess each to their own. "Haunted Mansion" was probably the stinker movie of the year for us.

I saw it Wed. night with DH, DS7, DS13 and DS's friend. We all LOVED it.

Guess it's just a matter of your particular sense of humor. I have to say that the Haunted Mansion is one of my fav. rides and they did a great job of tying in elements of the ride to the movie similar to what was done on Pirates.

DH took our boys last night, ages 8 and 5. The boys liked it, DH said he fell asleep pretty early into it.

I love the Haunted Mansion attraction, but this movie is a real stinker.

Movie was ok, but we liked POTC much much better.

Go see Elf and rent Haunted Mansion when it comes out on DVD. That's what I wished we did.

It's a cute movie, but it's not even in the same league as POTC. I'm sure I'll buy it when it comes out on DVD; my 6 year old nephew and 4 year old niece will love it.

We saw it Wednesday and all of us really enjoyed it!

It's a love story/comedy/mystery movie all rolled into one.

It's the first movie I've sat through and didn't look at my watch to see how much longer I'd have to sit there! I think they did a great job of incorporating all the "scenes" from HM the ride. The attention to detail in the library, the foyer, etc. was excellent.

I guess you really need to go and make your own decision.
