I have about 12 days until I can find out what is in the book.

I don't think I can wait 12 days and that is the earliest i can do that. I arrive Sept 3 and will be hitting MK on my arrival...of course.

It's not nice to keep secrets from your Dis Board friends. LOL

in the streets at mgm, there is an umbrella on the street post.
at one time, if you pulled on it, water would come out, but not anymore.

What is this Umbrella at MGM that you speak of?

I've read on the DIS that on the backlot at MGM...where the streets are, actually as I exited the Lights! Action! Stunt show I saw the umbrella to the right a bit. It's set up to look like the one Gene Kelly used in Singin' in the Rain, except the one at MGM is firmly attached to a light pole and is bronze or some kind of metal. Anyway, from what I've read on the DIS, there is either a certain spot you stand under the umbrella or how you hold it that will cause it to rain and if I remember correctly, it rains on the person under the umbrella. Now, I could have this all wrong because I've only read about the umbrella at MGM here on the DIS. I bet if you do a search on it something will come up here. Hope that helps a little.
