Haunted Mansion changes?

A week or so ago I went on Haunted Mansion and noticed that from the opening of the ride (after the whole safety talk) from the long hallway until right after the seance room, there is no more sound coming from the doom buggies. I almost prefer it this way, because there are more sounds in the rooms that I didn't notice before.

We went again last night and it was the same thing. At first we thought something was just wrong with the sound system.

Anyone know whats up?

My guess is that they were just having technical difficulties.


The day they cut out the Ghost Host on PURPOSE is the day I die!!

Wow, I have not heard about any changes, so my guess is definitely technical difficulties.

I too would hate it if there were no more Ghost Host!

He is still there, just missing in the first hallway until the end of the seance. We've been 3 times in the past two weeks and each time it is missing? I hope it's just a technical problem!

I noticed when your in the hallway the guy in the coffin does not say let me outta here anymore. anyone else notice

I only went to DL for the first time last fall and the HM was decorated like Nightmare Before Xmas. I thought it was going to be more like the Eddie Murphy movie than Nightmare. Do they change it seasonally?

yes end sept till first of jan it is nightmare before christmas my daughter loves it when it is that.
