We were planning on hitting Disneyland on Sept 9. I know the hours aren't posted yet, so I was typing it in google to see if any unofficial sites had the hours. I read about the packages for the HM celebration. Does this mean that the park will have different hours that day?

I'm only guessing, but I don't think the hours will be any different. Disneyland closed at 8pm in September last year (I'm assuming it will be the same this year), and those attending the Haunted Mansion Anniversary party will be admitted after 9pm.
