Haunted Hay Ride?

I had read in a Disney guide book that Fort Wilderness offers a sort of Haunted Hay Ride where the carriage driver tells the story of Sleepy Hollow, but was unable to find any info about it on the Disney website. Can anyone tell me what dates this runs, how much it costs and if you need advanced reservations for it?
