Hats off to ms cm

Yesterday my hubby and I decided we wanted to go to the beach. Well I knew that there was maint going on so I waited to call ms until I got home. I wanted 2 nights in a studio at Hilton head I only had 7 PTs so I wanted to buy some one time purchase PTs for the difference. So I call and get this cm with a slight accent and was worried that with my southern accent there might be difficulties. Only one of the nights was avail on PTs so I used my PTs and needed to buy the others to finish the ressies. Well as I was being transferred to the other cm to complete the transaction I was accidentally transferred to the survey. Well obviously I was upset. So I hang up and just as I was redialing. The cm I was talking to called back to complete the transaction. She was very apologetic and was very happy to make my ressies. My other night I ended up doing a members cash disc. Either way. I was very happy and price wise I think it came out cheaper this way. I plan on emailing ms today and give her a pat on the back.

I tip my hat to the MS CMs. They have always worked hard to help us out too. We are grateful and try to express this following each transaction. Great to have you pass along your experience as well.
 
Funny, had the EXACT same thing happen a few weeks ago when trying to add a night to our Christmas stay (needed one, one time use point, so had to wait until the 7 month mark and had called right at opening).

That's great! It will mean lot to the CM and encourage him/her to continue the good service. :)
 

I got a chance to email ms today and they were very appreciative of my letter and assured me they would share with the cm and her team leader.
