OK, here's my DS6 story to add to the group..... we're having ice cream, he loves chocolate. The other night we had some "Heavenly Hash" and he thought it looked yummy! Asked us what it was and we told him!
Another night we had lemon merangue flavor and DS6 asks, "Don't we have any of those hash brownies left?"
LOL! Wondering how that would sound in his little Catholic school kindergarten!! 
When DD19 was about 3 she made a similar faux pas! At that time in my town, it was not good to let young children drink our tap water, so anything that your little ones had with water had to be from "water stations" throughout the town. Everyone would go and fill up their jugs at the water stations several times a week. (Something about too much flouride in the water I think). You could pull right up to the station. I'd leave Melissa in the car (turned off) while I filled a couple of jugs.... I was only maybe 5 feet away.
So at some big family dinner, like Thanksgiving or something, the topic about leaving kids in cars came up and I said how I never left Melissa alone in the car. Well, she pipes in with, "But mom you did when you went to get drugs!"
(instead of jugs!)
OOpps! Everyone got a big laugh outta that one, too!
