Has VMK forgoten about there E-mail?

I just sent in a community leader form and is said that they would not be accepting Community leader forms until April 1st. Do they mean April 1st 2007? Or if the email not updated?

I also applied recently about 2 times to see if I would get something different, but I still got the same. But i don't think they mean April 2007. . .mabye they do need to change the email. . .

I wrote them two letters not about being a community leader but other stuff and it took 1 month to get a reply.
