If you don't use up all your credits on the dining plan, are they reusable? Can you save them for the next time you go to Disney? I'm just wondering cause we still have a one day ticket for a park and one for a waterpark from the last time we were there and we're using them for next time we go.

No. Dining Plan credits expire midnight of the day you check out.
